How the library is used

The application selects relevant passages from the library and supplies them to an OpenAI model to prepare an answer. It does not browse external websites or use outside publications as its authorized coaching sources.

This is source-based retrieval, not a claim that the underlying model was trained exclusively on Marcelo Manucci’s work. The application maintains internal source references and checks supporting passages, but cannot guarantee that every generated response is error-free or that no unsupported content will ever appear.

Links in these legal notices lead to contact, privacy or support resources. They are not additional sources used to generate coaching advice.

Protected works and rights administration

Marcelo Manucci is identified as the copyright holder of the supplied books, with Unknown Frontier LLC administering permissions. Rights in original book text, illustrations, exercise descriptions, case-study narratives and other protected expression are reserved to their respective holders.

The library discusses the Aspiration + Intention = Inspiration formula, the three-dimensional transformation methodology, the Strategy of Subtleties, and verb, noun and adjective mapping practices. Copyright protection for their original written or visual expression should not be confused with ownership of abstract ideas, methods or systems. See the U.S. Copyright Office’s explanation of what copyright protects.

This notice does not claim exclusive ownership of every AI-generated phrase or guarantee copyright protection for all generated output. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the material and the law.

Personal use and user contributions

You may read and copy individual coach responses for your own personal reflection. That permission does not transfer rights in the underlying books or authorize commercial republication of protected material.

You retain any rights you hold in your own reflections and messages. Sending a message allows it to be processed for the purpose of delivering the service as described in the Privacy Policy; it does not assign ownership of your writing to the publisher.

Restrictions on use

Except with permission or where applicable law allows it, do not:

• Reproduce or distribute protected book material or derived responses for commercial purposes.
• Republish, commercialize or claim authorship of protected expression belonging to others.
• Attempt to extract the private source library or bypass its access controls.
• Use protected source material obtained through the coach to train another AI system.

Nothing in this notice removes statutory exceptions or rights that cannot be limited by these terms.
